Possible[edit | edit source]

  • Whorelords: On December 5th, 2024, Discord users Aidnic and rocketballboi discovered a Facebook post from WFMU DJ Pat Duncan, which featured a 1983 playlist that included a song called Cryptease by the punk band Whorelords.[6] The band released an untitled album in 1983,[7] which is not available online, but a song from the album shares an identical musical style and vocals to the lost song.[8] A 2015 test pressing of a compilation album of Whorelords songs, including Cryptease,[9] was never released[10] due to conflicts over the quality of the recordings.[11]
