==Background==
In 2013, the WatZatSong user '''gsipkoi''' uploaded a 30-second snippet of a mysterious song, but didn't gain traction until the user '''Peter''' reuploaded the snippet on spiritofradio.

==Discovery==
The search was brought to the attention of '''Edde Edman''', who claimed that the song was from a group he was part called '''Station K.'''. He claimed to have written the song alongside Sergio Dourado, but later stated that it was actually with someone called '''André Nóbrega'''. Nóbrega was contacted, but he stated that he did not have the song.

However, an interview that Edde gave to TV Jornal Meio-Dia, in 1998, was found, in which a man called '''William Paiva''' appeared. Paiva did not produce Fond My Mind, but he had a copy in his studio. On December 14, 2023, Paiva released the song on his YouTube channel.
