At the time, Michael was discovered to have been in a band called The Subjects, and the band had a song called “Paradise” which was initially viewed as plausible to be TRITA due to the lyrics in the hook of the song. However, this was debunked.

5 hours after the movie was found, a GEMA database listing was found featuring a Michael Hoffman de Boer song called “In Paradise”, which perfectly fit with the lyrics from the song.
The GEMA database listing found for the song "Into Paradise" listed Michael Hofmann de Boer as the writer and Martin Nethercutt as the vocalist.<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/TensionInTheAir/comments/1ea7l32/into_paradise_is_the_song/</ref> Michael founded the song's publishing company, Whitehouse Musikverlag in 1988, so the song could only have been recorded between 1988 and 1991.<ref>https://www.northdata.com/Whitehouse+Musikverlag+Michael+Hofmann+-+Ralph+Siegel+OHG,+M%C3%BCnchen/HRA+65489</ref>

Alongside this, searchers also got another name now; Martin Nethercutt, and a publishing company name to the song; Whitehouse Musikverlag.
Around 13 hours after the BMW snippets were posted, Martin Nethercutt was contacted and confirmed that he was the singer of the song,<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/TensionInTheAir/comments/1eaeb0f/martin_nethercutt_confirms_he_is_the_vocalist/</ref> but did not have a copy of it.<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/TensionInTheAir/comments/1eaeyke/damn/</ref>
Interestingly, this company was made by Michael himself, and it was allegedly founded in 1988, which put the definitive date of the song between 1988 and 1991.

About 13 hours after the BMW snippet was posted, Martin Nethercutt himself confirmed that he sung TRITA.
On July 25th, 2024, Michael Hofmann de Boer was contacted, and a relative of his confirmed that he has a high-quality version of the song in his possession, but he is currently on vacation and is unable to post the song.<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/TensionInTheAir/comments/1ec2qne/michael_hofmann_de_boer_confirms_that_the_full/</ref>
There are still 8-14 seconds of the song missing still as the song fades into the end of the movie.
