Forgive And Forget is a currently unsolved lostwave. It was first uploaded to YouTube on July 5th, 2008 by the YouTube channel Slymukk.

Background

On July 5th, 2008, Forgive and Forget was first uploaded by Slymukk, in a YouTube video titled 'Who is the artist?'. In the description, Slymukk claims it was recorded off of Swedish radio. This is what the description has to say on the matter:

Recorded to cassette tape from Swedish radio back in the days when that was the way to catch new music. According to notes on the tape sleeve I recorded the mysterious song Apr 5 1980. The other songs on the tape were recorded before, on and after that date. In all, the tape was filled within a couple of weeks. In general, most of my radio tapes were recorded from the P3 channel but I don't know if that also was the case for the mysterious song. There were other channels too.

Forgive and Forget was uploaded to q's YouTube channel on August 8th, 2022. This makes it the second lostwave uploaded by q that still remains lost.

One lead proposed in the comments of q's upload was that Forgive and Forget was a Beatles demo. This, however, is most likely untrue, as the singer does not sound like any member of the Beatles. This song is also most likely from the late 70s, and the Beatles broke up in 1970.
