Trip To Rio is an unsolved lostwave, uploaded to YouTube in November 2021 and recorded off German radio in 1987.
Background
It was originally posted to YouTube as “Base Bazaar - Trip To Rio? (Unknown Song from 1987 - first time again from original cassette)” on November 25, 2021.
OP claimed to have recorded it in October 1987 - “either on Radio ffn (Lower Saxony) or HR 3 (Hesse)”.
Possible leads included Frankel, Soul Bazaar, and Michael Jack. Markus Hertle is also speculated to be involved with the song as a DJ.
On May 25 2024, someone found the possible airfares for Trip To Rio - October 4 and October 9, 1987.
