"Mary O’Hara’s Theme" (previously known as Heaven and Dancing or Sing Higher) is a solved lostwave that originated from a music video that aired on the Turkish TV channel TRT3's Pop Saati program.
Background
On October 24th, 2006, the song was first uploaded to YouTube by user farmeraway, who provided no information about its source.[1] On August 31st, 2008, the same user on his brothers account,[2] now known as ocarinasky, uploaded a full version of the music video, stating in the description that it aired on TRT, a Turkish television channel on the program Pop Saati,[3] which broadcasted mostly European songs,[4]
On April 26th, 2024, the song was posted to r/lostwave, prompting the OP to discover the search. In the thread, he detailed how the recordings before and after the song on the original tape were "The Time is Now" by Moloko and "Day & Night" by Billie Piper, both songs from 2000.[5]
On June 13th, 2024, the OP uploaded a higher quality version of the music video, noting in the description that he believes that the song was recorded between 1998 and 2000.[6]
