Happy In The Rain is an unsolved lostwave that was initially released as a demo on the website House of Scandinavia before being deleted.

Background

The song was first uploaded to the internet sometime before February 27th, 2006, on the website houseofscandinavia.dk as a "new demo". The song's filename was the_happy.mp3, and the upload was a 1:03 low-quality clip.[1][2]

On January 30th, 2019, WatZatSong user MemeSupreme posted the song, saying that he got it from a bubblegum pop-music forum where someone posted a folder of music demos from House of Scandinavia.[3]

On April 16th, 2019, YouTube user Happy House, the official channel of the website bubblegumdancer.com, posted the full high-quality version of the song, crediting it to House of Scandinavia.[4] In the comments, user FantailCookie links to a now deleted bubblegumdancer forum thread about the House of Scandinavia demos, which is most likely the source of MemeSupreme's upload.[5]
