Background
On February 21st, 2014, the song was first uploaded to WatZatSong by user Guglielm, who states no further information in his post.[1] Based on the OP's other found songs, this song was most likely recorded between 1980 and 1983, or 1991 and 1992, and recorded from the WFMU New Jersey radio station.[2]
