Beat That Clock (formerly known as "Why Why Why") is a solved lostwave by Dutch synth-pop band G'Race, originating from a 1986 recording by WatZatSong user cipmoldov.

Background

On September 12th, 2014, WatZatSong user cipmoldov first posted the song with no information other than the fact that it was from 1986.[1]

Discovery

On March 23rd, 2024, WatZatSong user morback posted the entire song to the thread, and on the same day, user FatBird24 identified the song as "Beat That Clock" by G'Race.[1] FatBird24 discovered the song's name on Discogs and confirmed it with a 1986 recording of the Dutch radio show RonFlonFlon, where the song was featured.[2][3]

On April 4th, 2024, YouTube user q uploaded a high-quality version of the song.[4]
