Cryptease (previously known as "Striptease" or "Pricktease") is an identified punk song by the American punk band Whorelords, which was first uploaded to the New Wave Outpost forums in 2012 by user Guglielm.

Background

On August 23, 2012, the song was first posted to the New Wave Outpost forums by user Guglielm as part of a collection of lost songs, but it did not gain much traction.[1]

On April 8, 2013, the song was first uploaded to WatZatSong by user nathank,[2] followed by an upload by user Guglielm on July 11, 2013,[3] before being reuploaded by Guglielm on September 7, 2014.[4] Based on the OP's other found songs, this song was most likely recorded between 1980 and 1984, and recorded from the WFMU New Jersey radio station.[5]
