Dizzy by Tova Litvin was a Taylor Swift Outfake uploaded to Youtube by Takee Alif WatZatSong by Ziro (Q).
History
On January 10th 2017, Takee Alif uploaded the song to Youtube, titled Taylor Swift - Dizzy. On the 16th of May, they would upload a second version. Taylor Swift fans in the comments denied that the singer was Taylor Swift because the vocals and style didn't match.
In 2021, the song was posted on r/namethatsong in hope that the community would find the real singer.
Search and Discovery
Ziro (Q) uploaded the song to YouTube on March 19th 2023. 21 days later, on April 8th 2023, Ciara states that the song was by Tova Litvin. They pointed to a deleted ReverbNation page that the Internet Archive recovered that listed the song, but had no audio, and the fact that the person made the incorrect attribution made the same misattribution with Tova's other songs. Ziro contacted Tova on Instagram and got confirmation that it was her song on April 20th.
Several comments on uploads of the full song after it was discovered suggest that it was an old myspace song from 2011.
