Beat That Clock (formerly known as "Why Why Why") is a solved lostwave by Dutch synth-pop band G'Race, originating from a 1986 recording by WatZatSong user cipmoldov.

Background

On September 12th, 2014, WatZatSong user cipmoldov first posted the song with no other information than the fact that it was from 1986.[1]

Discovery

On March 23rd, 2024, WatZatSong user morback posted the entire song to the thread, and the same day, user FatBird24 identified the song as "Beat That Clock" by G'Race.[1] FatBird24 discovered the song's name on Discogs and confirmed it with a 1986 recording of the Dutch radio show RonFlonFlon, where the song was featured.[2][3]

On April 4th, 2024, YouTube user q uploaded a high-quality version of the song.[4]
