On February 13, 2009, the song was uploaded to the music identification website Spirit of Radio by user bmuscotty88, who claimed to have discovered it on a 10 inch reel of tape labeled "Angeline," that they purchased at an auction in New York.[1]
The song first gained attention in the Lostwave community on February 10, 2023, when it was reuploaded by YouTube user BloostMedia.[2]
