Kiss It Goodbye is an unidentified pop song which originates from a video posted by a YouTube bot account named News Korean Entertainment. The song is a demo of Kiss It Goodbye (2002) by Spanish singer-songwriter Marcos Llunas.

Background[edit | edit source]

On May 28, 2019, the song was first posted by a YouTube channel called News Korean Entertainment,[1] a bot which posts Korean celebrity gossip videos with obscure, often completely unreleased songs written by Gary Miller as background music, sourced from a music database known as VHF Production Music.[2]

The song was officially released with a different vocalist as Kiss It Goodbye by Marcos Llunas in 2002, so the song is a demo from before that time.[3] The song's rap interlude is partially sampled from the song Independent Diva written by Andrew Stevens.[4]

The song first gained attention in the Lostwave community on July 19, 2024, when it was reuploaded to YouTube by user Person-m6h.[5]
