'The Endless Longing of Sea Doves' is a Lostwave that firstly appeared on the web because of 1993 Dead Can Dance bootleg album "The Golden Age."
'''"Oceania"''' (also known as "'''The Endless Longing of Sea Doves'''") is a nearly solved lostwave that is most likely an unreleased song by Australian band Dead Can Dance. It is considered to be one of the longest lostwave songs, lasting slightly more than 20 minutes.
Someone on reddit stated that it was performed in December 1988 DCD Hamburg and Paris concerts, was called Oceania, and was really by DCD. However, this was immediately called out for being fake as the clip they sent was just the audio we already have instead of a new performance, and the song isn't on DCD's website as they claimed

Oceania is considered the longest Lostwave song.

"Oceania" (also known as "The Endless Longing of Sea Doves") is a nearly solved lostwave that is most likely an unreleased song by Australian band Dead Can Dance. It is considered to be one of the longest lostwave songs, lasting slightly more than 20 minutes.

The song first appeared on a Dead Can Dance bootleg album titled "The Golden Age" in 1993, claiming to have been recorded live in 1988.[1] Two more identical bootleg albums containing the song followed titled The Hidden Treasures (1995) and Lost Treasures (2014).[2][3]

According to the fansite deadcandance.info, the song is called Oceania, it was performed at the beginning of a live performance on December 5th, 1988 in Paris and December 10th, 1988 in Hamburg,[4][5] and it was performed without founding members Brendan Perry and Lisa Gerrard.[6] The same information is available from a tape trading list from 1999, but the song is credited as The Endless Longing of Sea Doves rather than Oceania.[7]
