It was the eighth result after searching “Zoltan”. This confirmed it was a parody of Moskau. Hours later, a Discord user found an earlier version of Zoltan, used in an advertisement for Credit Agricole.
 
The people in the music video were identified as Nicolas Benamou, Garry Thierry, Terry Nimajimbe, and possibly Frédérique Bédos.
