-| On March 22nd, 2024, user leerose found "Laila Samuels - Such A Pity" through an ASCAP search. After contacting her, she confirmed being the artist behind the song, but she didn't have the full recording of the song.
-On June 2024, Laila was sent the full recording of the song by a family friend who has it recorded on a CD. She claimed that she might be able to release it "this summer", but this has yet to happen. She later said in September that she would release it in a few months.
