On November 4, 2013, the WatZatSong user morback uploaded a mysterious song, recorded from Minsk radio in 2010.

The WatZatSong post only began receiving considerable attention in early 2023, when the first non-deleted comments were posted. Due to the heavy accent of the singer, nearly every single word of the song is highly debated upon. This made the search especially difficult.

The OP of Waste My Time, morback, claims the song abruptly stopped playing on radio in 2012, likely coordinated with a law promoting Belarusian music on radio stations. This means the song was likely not from Belarus. The song was widely thought to have originated from an Eastern European country, but Japan had also been theorized.

In May 21st 2024, the song was identified as The Burns - Avail by u/TZilantro_Slumber after the band he reached out to (Pompeya) confirmed the authors of the song.
