On May 15th, 2011, the song was first uploaded to WatZatSong by user babache51, who stated no further information in their post.[1] The OP is from France,[2] and based on their other found songs, this song was most likely recorded between 1967 and 1978 in the United States or United Kingdom.[3]

The song first gained attention in the Lostwave community in mid-2021 after it was reuploaded by YouTube user Lost Music: Cold Case,[4] but the search died down until it was reuploaded by user q on March 11th, 2024.[5]
