Eastern Wind | MellieTerry | 1986
Edge Of A Dream | anikinvitaly | 1998 | Found in the 1998 movie "Nightmare Street". The film's music editor, Nancy Severinsen, claims it originated from a defunct DSM Producers library. A copyright registry was found for a DSM Producers song called "Edge of a Dream," featuring Charlie & Cindy Wilson.
Foxes In Boxes | Mike Bise | 2004 | From a GapBody CD, likely Lamya - Foxes In Boxes. Both artists sound identical in style and voice, and both songs released in 2004. Lamya passed away in 2009, so contact with the writer is the only way to confirm the song's identity.
Fur Rugs | Bootsnfurrugs | 1970s or 80s | Was very likely composed by Andre Mayeux, but Mayeux could not remember the name of the song at all.
I Can Only Be Me | flamingaznboi | 2000s | Produced by Stargate, written by Ne-Yo
Imagination Lives | KatePevensie | 2003 | This song was verifiably aired on the channel Sci-Fi in 2003, as a bumper presenting the films that would air in 2004. Some of the searchers think this song is a mashup of samples created by Sci-Fi, while others believe it is an original song. Likely made by Sci-Fi channel itself.
Kyrgyz Car Song | SuperJoe89 | c. 2010s or 2020
My Wandering Fire | Alexander Alexandrov | 1996 | "Мой Блуждающий Огонь" in original language (Russian).
So Long | My Mixed Salad | 1987
Soda Pop | Metrowax Records | 1970s | Comes from an acetate disc labeled "Allied".
The Endless Longing of Sea Doves | Alfredo Brvxias Fanzine | 1988 | Most likely the band Dead Can Dance (without Brendan and Lisa)
Treadmill Of Time | CharlieMillesManson | 1980s | Likely to be by the band Memorybank. |

Hoax
There are two kinds of Hoax Lostwave Songs. The first kind is when a user posts an entirely fabricated song (either AI generated or their own music) and pretends it is a lost song. The second kind is when a genuinely obscure song is posted and searched for but the Original Poster is proven to have knows the title and artist of the song the whole time.
